Architecture Validation

Evidence that an agent design is necessary, bounded, safe and better than a simpler baseline across quality, recovery, latency and cost.

Architecture validation tests the structure, not only a pleasant answer. It checks ambiguous requests, unavailable or contradictory tools, repeated actions, exhausted budgets, rejected approvals, restart recovery and cross-boundary access attempts.

Hard gates include deterministic control over permissions and side effects, least-privilege tools, durable state when required, and risk-based human approval. A release should compare quality, latency and cost with the simplest credible alternative.
