Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KUOS website, platform, consultations and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by KUOS AI ApS (“KUOS”, “we”, “us” or “our”), CVR 44349213, Denmark. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Services and payments

Some Services, such as consultations, may require payment. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes. All payments are processed through our payment provider and are subject to their terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
• Transmit malware, spam or other harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Use the Services in a way that could harm, disable or overburden our infrastructure.

All content, software, trademarks and materials provided through the Services are owned by KUOS or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality and data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the platform. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any data you upload.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KUOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KUOS and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
